Carla is an ICF-certified Executive Business Coach with extensive experience in personal and professional development. Since 1996, she has worked with Landmark Worldwide, an internationally recognized organization, coaching and mentoring individuals globally to elevate their lives and contribute to the growth of others. As a Global Leader, Carla has led training programs focused on goal setting, performance standards, and achieving breakthroughs in both individual and team results. Her coaching enhances interpersonal and group communications, driving consistent success.
In addition to coaching, Carla works in the real estate field across PA, NJ, and NY, specializing in distressed property acquisition and market strategies. From 2011 to 2020, she led operations consulting for a Talent Management company in NYC, contributing to a 30% annual growth by implementing strategies that boosted morale, productivity, and teamwork. Carla’s career began in the tech industry, where she worked at two billion-dollar software companies, advancing from Systems Programmer to Account Manager and eventually leading global strategies for delivery, marketing, and sales.

Cathy has worked with Olympic athletes, Major League Baseball players, top-level CEOs, business owners, and individuals committed to unlocking their full potential.
Cathy ranks among the most successful college coaches in NCAA Softball history and has earned her induction into 2 college Halls of Fame. Additionally she is a certified and licensed trainer with programs designed to impact communication, team and teamwork, leadership skills and peak performance overall. A best-selling author of Empowered Women – Overcoming Mediocrity, a book that showcases her insights into leadership, empowerment, and overcoming adversity. Don Maxwell
Donald Maxwell has over two decades of experience in business development, asset management, and strategic planning. He led national investments at Fannie Mae and expanded minority lending in the mortgage industry. A former professional football player, Donald remains actively involved with the NFL Alumni Association and currently serves as Senior Advisor at Peak Power Institute. Donald is also a recipient of the President's Lifetime Achievement Award for his lifelong commitment to building a stronger nation through volunteer services in 2024.
